　　Tieway Technology (Zhongshan) Inc.  is a modern company which specializes in designing, developing and manufacturing high-quality quartz crystals. 　　Second, the manufacturing equipment and testing instruments are all imported from abroad with the top quality and the best brand in the world.  There are four sets of made-in-Japan coating machines, two of which are continuous magnetron sputtering coating type with its deposition precision within the range of 3 ppm.

　　Third, the automated testing equipment used by quartz crystal was co-developed with a well-known international company. It has filled the vacancy in the quartz crystal industrial field in China. Even more, its testing accuracy and efficiency have surpassed its foreign counterparts.  Tieway is the Only One company in China to be capable of inspecting completely and accurately for every piece of quartz crystal and ensuring its quality in accordance with its specification before it is leaving the factory.

　　Fourth, strictly controlled standard:

1, before they are coated, the cleaning of quartz substrates is carried out in a (dynamic) 1000-class or (static) 100-class clean room.

2, the production, inspection, pack sealing and store of the quartz crystals are carried out in a 10000-class clean room.

3, the cutting angle of the quartz substrates is 35°15´. The deviation is controlled within ±1´.

4, the contact resistance value of the quartz crystals before leaving the factory are controlled below 15Ω.
